The Identity Audit: A Guide for the In-Between

$0.00

A quiet guide for the in-between — for the woman who isn't quite who she was, and isn't yet who she's becoming.

The Identity Audit is for the season no one talks about — the one where the old version of you doesn't quite fit anymore, and the next one hasn't arrived yet. This isn't a workbook. There are no scores, no "types," no five-step path. It's a mirror — twenty-one questions I've used myself, and with the women I coach, when the floor starts shifting underneath us.

Inside, you'll find:

  • A framework for understanding matrescence as the identity shift it actually is

  • Three phases — Dismantle, Rediscover, Rebuild — to help you locate where you are

  • 21 honest questions designed to slow you down, not give you answers

  • A simple practice for naming your next true step, without a five-year plan attached

This isn't about optimizing your way back to who you were. It's about meeting who you're becoming.

Take it slow. Write longhand. Be honest, even if only with yourself.

Hi, I'm Emma.

I'm a stay-at-home mom in Canada writing my way through matrescence. After years in tech sales and digital e-commerce, I left the version of work that no longer fit and started building something quieter — a Substack about motherhood, identity, and intentional rebuilding, plus a small 1:1 coaching practice.

I made this guide for the woman I was two years ago, and for the women I work with now. I hope it meets you where you are.

This is for you if…

You're somewhere between who you were and who you're becoming, and you don't quite have language for it. You've stopped recognizing yourself in your old goals — but haven't named what's replacing them. You don't want another five-step framework. You want a quiet hour with the truth. You're ready to be honest with yourself, even if no one else ever sees it.
